Several
years ago St. George Productions
produced the story of George M. Cohan.
George M
began in vaudeville as part of the Four Cohans. During their final bows, he would graciously say,
"My Mother thanks you, my Father thanks you, my Sister thanks you...and I
thank you." This closing line was immortalized by James Cagney in "Yankee Doodle Dandy."
I
also have much to be thankful for,

and it all begins at home.
My Son, Darren,
17, and
daughter, Dana, 13, have literally been born in the
proverbial show business trunk.
At five
weeks of age, Darren was already "on the road," traveling with our
old-time vaudeville touring company.

Dana, as well, had been bitten by the show
biz bug during her earliest
days and also enjoys performing on stage at every opportunity.
Show Business is exactly what the term implies:
It is 50% "Show" and
50% "Business."
Somehow,
I have mastered the "Show" part, but my wife, Mary, knows more about the
"Business" part of the equation than I will ever learn.
Without reservation, they each deserve to be part of this page. They also have
my eternal thanks for being such valuable assets in my unique profession.
Any
success I have achieved, is do to their unselfish and enthusiastic support of my
imagination and dreams.
